ABOUT ME & MY FIRM
I, Nicholas J Chlebowski, Attorney at Law, opened Chlebowski Law LLC in 2013, after having gained experience as an associate at an established firm in St. Louis County, and as in-house legal counsel at an equipment leasing company.
After growing up in West St. Louis County and attending high school at Chaminade College Preparatory, I graduated from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, AZ with a degree in liberal studies. I received my J.D. from Drake University Law School in 2006.
I was admitted to practice law in Missouri in 2006. I have been practicing criminal law in St. Louis, Franklin, Jefferson, and Gasconade counties since 2013. I have extensive criminal practice experience, including numerous bench and jury trials.
Currently, I am a solo attorney. If you call me, you will speak to me. If needed, I engage other professionals as the need arises and am networked with a large group of local and national attorneys and law firms, so that clients always have access to the right legal expertise.
My business law experience, both at a law firm and as in-house legal counsel, enables me to ramp up quickly within an organization to provide seasoned, top-quality corporate counsel services. I understand the need to minimize legal risk and am keenly aware of the importance of getting business legal services done in a timely fashion.
I believe in using a diplomatically aggressive approach to maximize benefits and minimize potential legal harms to my clients. This approach also minimizes the emotional and financial drain that often accompanies legal matters. I believe the attorney and the client are interdependent, so I encourage my clients to be actively involved in their representation. Increased client involvement creates a stronger attorney/client relationship and reduces expenses. Criminal Law:

Attorney’s fees for criminal law matters are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of your particular case. Chlebowski Law LLC uses both hourly and flat fee structures for criminal matters depending upon the nature of the charges.
DWI:

Traffic Tickets:
Got a traffic ticket? Don’t want points on your driving record? Don’t want to waste your time in lengthy court proceedings? Call Chlebowski Law LLC and we will handle it for you. Attorney Nicholas J Chlebowski will go to court for you. Before your case even reaches a judge, we will communicate with the prosecutor or state’s attorney and try to resolve your case. Most cases result in a plea bargain that increases your fine in exchange for a plea to a non-moving (non-points) violation. The client pays the fine and court costs and the case is finished. In those cases where a plea bargain is not available, Chlebowski Law LLC will mount a strong defense.
Attorneys fees for traffic tickets start at $250.00 with costs and other fees extra. Many of these cases can be handled over the phone or email.
